Tutanota in your language? Help us bring privacy to the world

We have been translating Tutanota into over 30 languages ​​for seven years with the help of many volunteers who, like us, want to spread privacy in their communities. Being able to use Tutanota in people's native language has already helped millions of people around the world switch to our privacy-first email service. Now you can be a part of this exciting journey. Help us translate Tutanota by joining our open source translation project.

To join our open source translation project as a volunteer, simply log in to your secure email account and let us know your native language via email .

In particular, we are looking for volunteers for local marketing email list Bulgarian, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Croatian, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, French, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Norwegian, Portuguese (pt_pt), Romanian, Serbian (Cyrillic) and Turkish.

To translate Tutanota we used Phrase . This is a great tool specially designed for software translation.

Tutanota language
You can now use Tutanota in over 30 languages. The language of the Tutanota email client and apps is automatically set in your browser or system settings. You can also change the language in Settings - Appearance in your email client.

The language of the Tutanota website can be changed by clicking on the globe symbol in the bottom right corner.
