ACPE Consultoria is a junior company specializing in economics and international relations, founded in 2002 at the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU). The team prides itself on its purpose of making its clients' dreams of building their own business or resuming its growth possible.

ACPE's business challenges
ACPE was a company that, in 2019, realized that the volume of leads prospected passively, through inbound and referrals, would not be enough to leverage its growth in 2020 and would need to invest in active prospecting.

With the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic in Brazil and seeing opportunities increasingly distant, Sales Director Ingrid Lessa looked for solutions in the market that would help them implement an Outbound Sales operation.

“Until the beginning of 2020, we were not actively closing new contracts. We had no processes, cadence or even focus on a client profile that was ideal for ACPE.

Our business routine was simply to call countless companies whatsapp data of different segments and sizes. Without knowing it, this hindered sales results more than it helped. Only 3% of our monthly approaches became diagnostic meetings, a direct consequence of the lack of prospecting data.”

How was the implementation of the Intexfy Platform?

Based on tests on a database with over 20 MILLION active companies in Brazil and analysis of the results of the first lists of smart leads generated, it was possible to identify patterns, validate returns and define what type of company ACPE would dedicate its sales efforts to.

Results achieved
“We really grew quickly with Intexfy. Very satisfactory results came with the first refinements and, within six months, we had jumped to a conversion rate of 10% of leads into opportunities – remember that we are talking about B2B sales”. The financial return was 3 times the investment applied .

Before Intexfy, ACPE worked with quantity and did not have the return. Business intelligence made the company's team of 15 prospectors gain productivity , knowing that the lead delivered is already pre-qualified and has a much greater connection potential.
