You can be sure that your colleague or subordinate is currently viewing the task. The observer indicator is active only when there is any activity on the task page. Even switching to another browser tab turns off the indicator.

Don't worry if your colleague doesn't respond to you for a long time... They may be typing a long message. You'll see a typing animation next to the user and be sure that they will respond.




Copying projects

To do this, go to Project Menu 1 and click Copy 2 .




Then select the checkboxes (subtasks, comments, files, etc.) that you want to copy from the existing project to the new one, and click Create Copy 3 .
