In an interview , Dominika Janíková emphasized how pleased she was that she managed to put together an enthusiastic team of people for whom Laba is a true love brand. The Laba Czech company also sponsors two other platforms – Skvot Czech and robot_dreams Czech . The first focuses on online courses for creatives, and the second helps to break into the world of IT. Our entire team currently consists of 66 people.
What do we do at Lab when we're looking for new colleagues? We go to social media, where we feel at home. Pavel Hadraba, Head of Sales, and Daniel Koubek starred in a recruitment video.

He learned to think more strategically, speak in public without fear, write readable posts on LinkedIn and advise colleagues.
