Once you've set up saved replies, you can use them to quickly respond to your customers in Conversations.

When chatting with a customer, press the “/” key or click “/”.
Now type any word that is in the text of the saved response. All saved responses containing this keyword will appear in a drop-down menu.
Finally, click the appropriate reply or press the Enter key to add the saved reply to your message.
