Active customers : They are satisfied with your product and the experience you provide, however, don’t take them for granted. Maintain a relationship with them to build loyalty.
Dormant customers : they are in your database, they placed an order on your store and since then, you have not heard from them. It would be a good idea to reactivate them, with automatic reminder messages for bhutan business email list example, or even a few discount codes to wake them up!
Lost customers : despite a reminder message to tell them that you miss them, accompanied by a small discount, you have not managed to reactivate them. Try your luck with a final rescue action. And if all else fails....
Obviously, this all depends on your industry. It is important that you define the criteria for these 3 categories of customers and ask yourself the right questions:
How long is my customer still active?
This will of course depend on your purchase recurrence, we don't buy a mattress as often as we buy a lipstick!
When can I define my customer as inactive?
For example, when should they have ordered from you again? Has there been a minimum level of
let them leave your CRM for good
