When analyzing the advertising campaign set up before us, we determined with the help of Webvisor that applications are rarely left on the site, but they do not reach the sales department. We began to figure out why.
The client's website is made on the 1C-Bitrix platform and, as a rule, it is desirable to have an experienced programmer on staff or remotely. Otherwise, when editing the website, it is penetration data difficult to avoid mistakes, which is what happened in this case.
As a result, we faced the following tasks:
- non-working application forms on the website;
- incorrectly configured goals in Metrica;
- incorrect ad texts, for example:
In the ad, the previous company indicated prices in advertisements. The client provides prices for services only individually, depending on the quantity, size, etc. For some reason, the specialists before us ignored this;
The specialists before us did not indicate that orders are accepted for a minimum volume of strictly 5,000 units. Therefore, when applications were received, they were from private individuals and for small volumes.
- there was no division in advertising for each product separately;
- there was no advertising aimed at competitors;
- retargeting is not configured.
