Timely: When does this goal need to be achieved? Are the objectives short, medium or long term?
For example, having the goal of “increasing sales” is not the same as having the goal of “increasing sales by 20% in the next 6 months.” It is important that the goals you set are realistic and measurable, as this is the only way you will know if you are close or far from reaching your goal as you progress through your strategies.
