Click on the app for which you want to disable notifications

In the middle screenshot you see the possibilities for the 'Banking' app of the ING. For example, you can determine 'where' you want to receive the notification, what it looks like and what you hear.
The third screenshot shows the possibilities of the app 'Agenda'. This app offers the same possibilities as the Banking app, but separately for different 'actions'.
Setting up all your notifications on your iPhone is not that easy. But from my own experience I can share that it provides a lot of peace. For example, I have turned off the notifications of all social media apps on my private phone. So I no longer see red dots with a number in them of how many messages I have missed. This way I am better able to decide for myself when I want to spend time on these apps.
Android
To disable notifications on your Android phone, hong kong telegram data follow these steps:
First go to 'Settings'
Then select 'Apps'
Scroll down
Click on 'Notifications'
Slide the switch to your desired choices
Since Android 5.0, blocking notifications has been made easier. Do you see a notification coming in that you no longer want to receive? Then press and hold this notification. For iOS, go to 'Settings' > 'Do Not Disturb'. Here you will find a number of options. For example, you can schedule the 'quiet period'. Handy for at night or during work hours. You can also set that you can be called by certain people if you have turned on 'do not disturb'.
