The Anti-Fraud Law determines that computer or electronic systems and programs that support accounting, billing or management processes must guarantee the integrity, conservation, accessibility, traceability and inalterability of billing and accounting records.

Fines will range from 50,000 to 150,000 euros for both companies and software manufacturers that sell software that is not approved by the administration.
