Pavlis Interiér has a new showroom ready in Suchomasty and wants people to know about it. So that this space becomes a place where architects can meet with their clients and discuss what a modern and top-quality interior should look like. We managed to pass on the experience of Radek and the entire Idealab team, which often works on similar projects: we analyzed the competition, looked at what an architect actually expects from "his" carpenter. How to correctly define the business relationship between an architect and a manufacturing company and how to include in marketing, for example, the controversial topic of commissions that architects sometimes require from their suppliers.
We recorded a podcast about this topic two years ago with the architectural studio OOOOX - listen to it here .
Marketing mentoring results
The result of the work of the Pavlis Interiér team and Radek Váni as a iran telemarketing list mentor was a strategy and an annual marketing plan. Together, we also defined a realistic and sustainable budget that reflects both the company's performance and the opportunities it has on the market. Another important point was the realization that it was necessary to expand the team on the company's side: marketing and PR are not a simple discipline and cannot be done casually between other (production) orders.
Martin Pavlis decided to continue and, before the end of the program, announced a tender for a marketing and showroom manager who would be responsible for managing the website, social networks and would also communicate with architects and designers. The showroom, which is now close to completion, will also be a great opportunity to invite selected potential customers to Suchomasty. Beautiful countryside just a few dozen minutes from Prague, its own production and a showroom in the yard: all this is the story of a local company that wants to move forward and thinks with an impact on further development.
Websites as a B2C tool
The project also included a new website assignment, which, once launched, will become a significant sales channel and which will, especially in the B2C segment, help the Pavlis Interiér sales team work better with new leads and thus increase the added value of the entire online marketing. With the right connection to social networks and performance PPC advertising, the company has a developed model for how to communicate with potential customers and how to increase the added value of orders. This was also one of the initial assignments of the mentoring project.
