Despite its numerous advantages, SWOT analysis also has some limitations. The SWOT method’s greatest disadvantages are considered to be:
Lack of analysis of the relationships between factors – each job seekers database element is considered separately, which may lead to an incomplete picture of the situation and erroneous interpretations.
Limited scope of perspectives – SWOT analysis results may ignore some aspects of the company's operations.
Generality of the tool – the simplicity of the method may result in insufficiently deep analysis.
Despite these limitations, SWOT analysis is a valuable tool that, when combined with other analytical methods, provides valuable information for strategic planning.
