Reintroduce contacts and re-enrich accounts

Things don't always go as planned.

A contact might leave a workflow when they shouldn't. Or an account website might contain a typo or edit.

For these situations we have created some very simple solutions.

Reintroduce contacts into an email workflow
Did someone accidentally leave your workflow?

You can now reintroduce this contact into your workflow with just one click.

Simply click the blue “enter” icon to re-enter wuhan cell phone number list the contact into the workflow.
This means that the contact will continue to receive emails following the original flow. They will simply receive the next step in the flow after the set timeout.

Easy !

Replenish accounts when their website is updated
Now, when you update an account's website URL, Salesflare will ask you if you want to re-populate the account with new publicly available information.

re-enrich an account when the website is updated
You now have the ability to re-enrich account information when updating its website URL.
Just click “yes” to confirm.

Before re-enriching, it removes all existing account information except the account name and custom fields.
