Going back to my earlier point about understanding the advantages of each position; many of these issues can only be solved with the help and guidance of the client. They may be product/service related or as simple as a simple question we’ve never been asked before. Whatever the issue at hand, there needs to be discussion and learning to ensure we make the right decisions for everyone and educate the team appropriately to handle these situations.
