1. Hangout Project Team
A Hangout is a mini video episode that takes a considerable amount of time and organization. The first thing you do is appoint a special Hangout project team. Preferably this is an interdisciplinary team with marketing, IT and product employees. This team is responsible for everything related to the Hangout: organization, promotion, setup, broadcasting, documentation, reporting and optimization. If you work with an interdisciplinary project team, you make use of as much knowledge from the organization as possible, you keep the knowledge central and the team will become increasingly agile and efficient in organizing the Hangouts.
