Mark Zuckerberg's Trajectory
Mark was born in White Plains, New York, into a wealthy Jewish honduras phone number data family, and his passion for computers manifested itself at an early age , starting programming at the age of twelve. He attended Ardsley High School and Phillips Exeter Academy, and in 2002 he entered Harvard University in Massachusetts, where he studied computer science.

Two years later, in early February 2004, at just nineteen years old and together with his college friends, he launched a new website, the social network Facebook . After that, he moved to Palo Alto, California.

The creation of Facebook
Originally called The Facebook, the Facebook project was initially intended to create a network of connections between students at Harvard University. The name of the site referred to the newsletter that many universities give to their new students in order to help them get to know each other when they arrive at the center.

The services offered by Facebook consisted mainly of the possibility of adding friends, with whom one could exchange photos and messages, and joining groups, one of the utilities that would develop the most later. Each user, who had to be registered, had a wall that allowed friends to write messages or send gifts for the user to see. The superwall, a later improvement, would also allow the incorporation of animations in flash format.

What began as a game between classmates quickly surpassed all expectations. In just two weeks, two-thirds of Harvard students had signed up for Facebook, and by the time summer break ended that year, more than thirty universities in the United States had done so. When classes ended, Mark Zuckerberg took the opportunity to move to Palo Alto, California, and set up his first office. Although the young college student had initially intended to return to his studies at Harvard after the break, the business was growing stronger and required his attention, so he decided to leave Harvard and stay on the West Coast.

The project spread rapidly and quickly expanded to other educational institutions and companies, until finally its success led it to open its services to the general public. By 2006, Facebook had become a global phenomenon, with 64 million users, concentrated in English-speaking countries such as the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom . Initially available only in English, in 2008 Facebook expanded its horizons by offering itself in several languages, including French, German and Spanish.
