How Leonard mobilized during COVID-19?

Post by Rajumlk63 »

week before the lockdown announcements in Quebec, we at Leonard understood that the potential impacts of COVID-19 would be great. The drastic measures taken by governments around the world gave indications that a sharp slowdown could affect our customers. Since the consequences could be devastating for the company and for our customers, we mobilized quickly.

Since the crisis came without warning, we had little time to prepare. However, there was much that could be done to respond to this situation. We therefore present to you our actions and mobilizations that allow us to survive during the pandemic.

For the short term
For reasons of survival, we have been reactive and have adjusted, and readjusted, as events have evolved.

Let's be proactive for our customers
As an extension of our clients’ marketing department and committed to algeria telemarketing data their success, we automatically thought of them. As soon as the pandemic became a reality affecting the economy, we mandated each of our strategists to find opportunities for our clients. In addition, their marketing program had to be adapted to remain relevant in the new context of COVID-19.

As partners in our clients' success, we redoubled our efforts to quickly produce strategies adapted to the new reality. We also stopped thinking about the ideal scene (because we were very far from having it). For example, we managed to set up a transactional site in just 2 weeks for a client! The latter could not miss the peak period and wait for businesses to reopen. We knew that this would make all the difference for the sustainability of our client's business.

For some of our clients who have stopped all their marketing, we have made sure to put them in a better position for their recovery or ensure a temporary exit plan.

Let's maintain quality service
To meet the needs of customers who had to adapt quickly to the crisis, we all mobilized. Every Leonardian contributed to the survival of Leonard and its customers by working hard to find ideas and ways to stay relevant. It is by working hand in hand with our customers that they were able to maintain their level of activity. We could not deliver quality to our customers if we were laying off staff.

For the long term
As the pandemic is likely to affect us for several months, we have made it our duty to ensure that everyone's motivation remains intact in addition to maintaining a good state of mind at work, even in such a context.

Let's stay human
COVID-19 represents first and foremost a risk to everyone's health. We have put measures in place to take care of our employees. This involves protecting them by prioritizing teleworking, but also by putting in place resources to ensure their well-being.

We know that listening and communication are essential to successfully get through this difficult period. This is why our management team is taking the pulse of employees from time to time to find out how they are doing during the crisis.

At Leonard, transparency has always been extremely important. And we believe this is even more true today as all employees are affected by the situation of the company. So we regularly do follow-up points to explain what is happening at Leonard.
