I recently had the opportunity to give two talks that left me amazed by the entrepreneurial talent that exists in Latin America.

One was with young people from 12 universities in Bogotá and the other with 100 students from high schools in Buenos Aires, in an event called “Young Hackers.”

The talent pool is spectacular and the future is almost assured, but we need to support them so that they have better opportunities.

Latin American Entrepreneurial Talent
At these talks, I met young people who already had a “knowledge” of the entrepreneurial world. They know the inspirational cases and have an energy and passion that left me speechless.

I watched them work, listened to them pitch, and all I could say was: WOW! clinics email list They are 100 times better than I was at their age. This led me to reflect on a few key points that I shared with them:

The power of early decisions

How difficult the first steps are

The three fundamental questions to start an entrepreneurship

Not only are these elements crucial for any budding entrepreneur, but they are also lessons I’ve learned along my own entrepreneurial journey. Below, I’ll dive deeper into each of these points to offer more detailed guidance.

The power of early decisions
One of the anecdotes I shared with these young people was about how my father helped me understand what I wanted from an early age. From the age of 10, he guided me with questions that made me question myself and make important decisions. Thanks to his questions, I already knew that I wanted to build companies and lead teams.
