How many times have we remained silent to avoid “getting into disfavor” or “generating controversy”? It has happened to me, and I am sure to many of you as well. Yesterday I read a post by Angelina Vigliocco and I could not help but get emotional again, like when I asked her the question at our panel of SUCCESSFUL Women. Angie, it was incredible to hear you speak so calmly and sincerely, in front of your daughter and an audience where I would dare say that 80% were men. Wow. Thank you for creating a space where I felt safe. Even though my voice was breaking, I was able to share my own experiences. I hope that soon we will live in a society where no one has to remain silent, and when we face these situations, we will have the courage to speak. Let us continue generating value, not only through technological solutions, but also through the community.
