According to the Approaching the Future 2022 report , 42.3% of the companies surveyed say they are actively involved in adopting new forms of leadership that can provide trust and commitment to society.
In changing situations like the one we are experiencing, a new type of leadership is needed: transformational leadership. In this post we tell you what it is and how to become a leader who drives change.
The most famous example of a transformational leader is Steve Jobs. What is transformational leadership?
The creator of the concept of transformational leadership was the North American historian James MacGregor Burns, who defined it as a type of leadership capable of changing the expectations, perceptions and motivations of its followers, as well as driving transformation within organizations.

Influence . Transformational leaders are able to generate respect and trust in their team. They manage to influence each person to strive for a common goal.
Empathy . Empathy , as the ability to put oneself in another person's shoes, is an essential skill for a transformational leader , since he or she is able to understand what the other person feels and attend to the needs of each team member.
