Thuringia and Brandenburg lead / Lena Zschuppe and Daniel Barth win individual ranking/UPDATE: Sprint Mixed

At the U18 national competition in Mutterstadt, Thuringia won the overall ranking and the men's category. Brandenburg prevailed in the U18 women's category. Lena Zschuppe (Rhineland-Palatinate) and Daniel Barth (Thuringia) won the overall individual ranking, achieving the best pins with 595 and 611 pins, respectively.

In the mixed sprint competition on Sunday, Daniel Barth became the most successful participant in the national competition, winning with Saskia Wiedenhöft (both Thuringia).

On October 8, 2016, the first training course on license renewal for track inspections took place at ESV Schweinfurt, led by new instructor Christian Schmidt and his deputy Werner Heckmann. The seven photo editing services participants, Klaus Bächer, Jochen Maintok, Patrick Stubenrauch, Thorsten Seehofer, Michael Mährle, Manfred Sterzinger, and Peter Höhn, were not only informed about the changes made in recent years, but also had a positive exchange of experiences. Our sincere thanks go to ESV Schweinfurt for providing us with the facilities and the restaurant, which provided us with excellent service.

We remind everyone whose license expires at the end of the year of the next training date on November 26, 2016 , and point out that no exemptions will be granted.
On October 3-4, 2016, the German Recreational Singles and Pairs Championships took place in Markranstädt. A total of eleven new champions were sought in the singles and pairs disciplines.
The most successful participant was Anja Büxler (Die Lustigen Zehn Mundenheim), who became the women's champion and, together with the women's individual runner-up, Nathalie Scherdel (Kegelfreunde Ludwigshafen), also won silver in the women's pairs.
