Why do I need a loyal customer?

Seriously, such questions are still being asked. Many focus only on selling products and services and that's it. Interestingly, these same people know the concept of a marketing funnel and know how to use it. Why is this interesting? Because the natural extension of the aforementioned funnel is post-sales service, the so-called retention care, and following this path: a long-term relationship with the customer.


And here I have to add: I know that the marketing funnel has changed a lawyer database bit and we are also talking about the learning loop and the loyalty loop. The concept itself is unchanged, however. We do not buy linearly, but we experience delight in brands and this is repeated many times.
