Congratulations on the first blog post. I'm Anan, a new member of the Pro Matching Unit who joined En Factory last month .
To briefly introduce myself,
I made an independent film in my university days and promoted films in my previous job, so I spent my days immersed in movies, but
through promotional work I became interested in web content production, which led me to Enfactory.
I am struggling with my daily work, feeling that "this is gambling data russia what a venture company is like."
What is Team Lancer ?
Now, let me explain about Team Lancer again. Team Lancer is a service operated by our company as a "team support platform" where
freelancers and parallel workers can team up and work together. In addition, the service was updated on the same day as the event, and it is now possible to "register a team of one person ," which was not possible before. This is a new function that responds to the desires of those who are "still alone, but would like to recruit members from now on." Single people are welcome. Please try using it when making working friends.
Now, let's move on to the main topic!
Team Lancer Meetup! Vol.2
We held Team Lancer Meetup! Vol.2 on Friday, February 16th. Following
Vol.1
, this is the second in a series of events where freelancers and parallel workers who are practicing new ways of working and living will take the
stage to talk about how to work as a "team."
This time, we had four people speak.
The first person is Shimizu Masaki, vice president of Enfactory and "Mr. Multiple Jobs," who has launched a number of businesses.
Masaki Shimizu
[Speaker profile]
Vice President of Enfactory Inc., Representative of flasco LLC, CEO of Zookeeper Inc.
Born in Chiba Prefecture in 1986. While studying at the School of Human Sciences at Waseda University, he started a business in web/video marketing.
After that, he joined All About Inc. as a new graduate and was involved in media management and the launch of the EC business. In
2011, he became Vice President of Enfactory Inc., which was spun out from the company, and launched flasco LLC, a company that provides
" Message Card ASP " and other services, as a side business, and serves as its representative.
Recently, he has been engaged in a wide range of activities, including opening Japan's first concept cafe, " Chikuchiku CAFE ," where customers can interact with hedgehogs, and launching " CoinTool
," a tax return tool for virtual currency .
Last year, Shimizu opened a hedgehog cafe called " Chikuchiku CAFE
" in Shibuya, and it attracted a lot of attention, including being covered by many media outlets.
He had been aiming to catch the hedgehog cafe trend, and
was inspired by Instagram overseas to come up with the hedgehog cafe x dollhouse combination.
The store is apparently doing well, which is probably the result of Shimizu keeping his ears open.
Mr. Shimizu also shared some tips for small business:
・Clear approach to target audience
・Niche with little competition
・Profitability from the beginning, high profit margin
Is it true that "planning and planning are necessary"?
If you want to succeed in a new business, why not take this into consideration?
In contrast to Shimizu, who exudes a quiet passion, Morita Jiro's enthusiasm was evident even in the way he spoke.
Mr. Jiro Morita
[Speaker Profile]
Representative Director of Works Design General Incorporated Association / Representative Director of Education Community General Incorporated Association
After graduating from Tokyo University of Science, he started out in sock planning and sales, and worked as a web consultant, and
is now a parallel worker running multiple businesses. He mainly runs his businesses in collaboration with freelancers. He also runs a " contact class
" that incorporates nature play at kindergartens after school in Mitaka City , and a ball sports program " Ballschule " that originated in Germany . His hobby is ultramarathons.
On the day, the active Morita came by bicycle from Mitaka to the venue in Gaienmae. He made an impressive humorous impression
by comparing his working style to "large companies as sharks" and "individuals and people who form small teams as a group of small fish," drawing laughter from the audience. Morita says he aims to build a strong team like a rugby scrum. There seems to be an ongoing project inspired by Team Lancer's ZAKKURI, and we are very happy to hear that the service is already being used.
In addition, as part of his education, he teaches the children how to have fun through farming experiences, catching bugs, making curry, and sports. I couldn't help but feel envious of the children who are being taught by Mr. Morita
, thinking, "If only I had someone like this when I was a child, how much fun would it have been?"
The third person is Hinako Ozeki, a housewife and mother of a one-year-old boy. She even came to visit us this time while pregnant with her second child.
