Tax return submission form?

Post by Habib01 »

At the same time, it is important not to forget about another sanction, which is interest on late payment if the tax obligation is not paid on time.

Legal entities must file tax returns electronically if they have a data box, otherwise these returns will be rejected by the tax administrator and will be invalid. Tax returns filed via a data box must be delivered in the published format and structure of the XML file. To create this file, it is possible to use electronic forms available, for example, in the EPO application (Electronic Submissions for Financial Administration).

The EPO application is an online tool from the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic that allows filling in and electronically submitting various tax returns, reports and other forms to the tax administrator. The main functions of the EPO portal include the ability to fill in an interactive form, checking accuracy, when the system checks whether the filled-in data is correct (from the point of view of logic, cross-links, maximum values, etc., not from the point of view of whether the correct values of income and expenses are filled in) and, if necessary, notifies of errors or incorrectly filled-in data. The form filled in using the above procedure can be sent directly to the tax office. Other sending options include downloading an XML file for subsequent sending via a data box. It is also possible to download tax returns in PDF format for printing and possible archiving.

Another option for completing tax returns is to use third-party software applications . Most spam database suppliers of these tools have interactive forms that support multiple types of tax returns. Forms can be similarly downloaded in XML and PDF format for subsequent submission via a data mailbox, EPO or documents can simply be printed on paper. A great advantage of using third-party software applications is the ability to work in a network, which is very suitable for accounting offices or companies that process more tax returns. The tools take into account current changes in legislation. They tend to have multiple variants and packages available, which depend on the selected module and the scope to which the tool will be used.

The most common errors in tax returns of legal entities
When filing a DPPO return, errors often occur that can lead to challenges from the tax office or even additional tax assessments. The most common problems include incorrect calculation of the tax base, errors in applying discounts and deductions, formal shortcomings and failure to meet filing deadlines.
