Almir Mattias, who is one of the most beloved figures in Baixada Paulistana, began to stand out on radio stations in São Paulo as soon as he became a singer. He started out on local radio stations in Baixada Paulistana and then began to be played a lot on state radio stations. His song “O Nome Dela é Cachaça” was the first to be played on radio stations throughout the state of São Paulo , as well as in Minas Gerais.

Who is Almir Mattias?
Almir Silva is a businessman in the healthcare industry and currently hosts the program “Na área com Almir”, broadcast on YouTube. The program started during a moment of relaxation with friends, as a joke to host a live broadcast to promote social actions with big names in football such as Müller and Vampeta. The trio raised funds and helped families during the floods that hit the Baixada Santista region, on the south coast of São Paulo, in early 2020.

But ideas aren't just born from football and friends. Almir also has a very social side and, in addition to his efforts to collect food for flood victims, he also built 30 beds at the Guarujá UPA during the pandemic. Almir is also the owner of AM Serviços, which is responsible for cleaning public roads and organs in Baixada Santista, and his life is always focused on the well-being of Brazilian health.
