Netflix as an example of membership

Post by billal hossen »

Without forgetting that it is a business model that can bring numerous advantages , which we have just seen.

But what are the main types of memberships we can offer?

As with any product, in general, a membership must also solve a problem or at least fill a pleasure for a target.

But that's not all.

The resolution of that problem cannot come in a limited period of time: to deal with problems of this type (such as passing a university exam) we can sell a product or a service, but without a subscription.

There is no doubt that we will not be able to bind people to our membership forever , but it is also true that one of our goals is certainly to keep them tied as much as possible.

Content Libraries
Example: Netflix, Spotify or Audible.

A content library is a reserved area that allows taiwan telegram data access to a series of contents that can be used for the entire duration of the subscription.

The type of content can be really many: videos, images and professional photos, audio files, ebooks, pdfs…

You can then decide to create your own library, to be enriched with new content , in line with your business.

Services
By signing up for a membership, and therefore paying a subscription, you could give your members additional services.

For example, if you have an e-commerce , you could create a membership to offer free and fast shipping (e.g. Amazon Prime), exclusive discounts, fast and dedicated assistance…

But if your core business involves selling services ( tutoring, personal training or various online consultancy ) you will be able to create different subscription programs for a certain number of services per month at a more advantageous cost than purchasing the service itself .
